SMS Terms
These terms apply to customer text messaging with ORCA Build Group, a registered DBA of KASATKIN LLC.
Program and consent
Our program supports two-way customer service about remodeling and property-improvement inquiries. You may start a conversation by sending us a text. We may respond to that specific inquiry. For ongoing appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, or active-project updates, we ask for your separate affirmative consent first. We do not send promotional texts through this program.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Calling us, leaving voicemail, or supplying a phone number in our email inquiry form does not automatically enroll you. An inquiry authorizes the related conversation, not unrelated or recurring messages. You may contact us by phone or email instead.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your conversations, appointments, and project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges and plan terms apply to messages you send and receive.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. We will not send further texts unless you subsequently give express consent to resume the relevant program. Replying START may unblock the messaging service; it does not enroll you in new categories of messages or marketing.

Availability
SMS depends on supported networks and service availability and may be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is not an emergency service. Sending a message does not by itself confirm an appointment, project price, scope of work, or contract; those details must be agreed separately.

Read our Privacy Policy for information about customer communications and SMS consent. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
